Job Description
Haus is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations tools and processes, coupled with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them clearly. You will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing funnel, improving data integrity, and providing key insights to inform strategic decisions across the revenue organization.
Responsibilities include owning and operating the MarTech stack, ensuring scalable architecture, clean data capture, and consistent performance tagging. You will also define and enforce operational cadences across marketing, covering campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and data QA. The role involves developing a clear roadmap for incorporating AI into marketing workflows, emphasizing automation, process efficiency, and measurement consistency.
Additional tasks consist of managing the full MarTech ecosystem, defining and operationalizing lead routing, scoring, and management processes, owning tracking architecture, ensuring ongoing data hygiene, building and maintaining dashboards, and serving as the connective tissue between various teams.
