Responsibilities:

  • Prepare routine journal entries, support accruals, prepaids, and fixed assets, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
  • Review coding accuracy, support vendor payment workflows, and reconcile AP-related accounts.
  • Backup for processing semi-monthly payroll, manage monthly accruals, and register new employee locations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of accounting experience.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Concur preferred; must be a team player with high ethics.

Location:

  • Targeting individuals in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru for this remote role.
  • Not accepting candidates from the United States.
