This position is needed to support Accounts Payable Global Delivery. This person will be responsible for processing invoices, Travel & Expense Processing / Audit, handling queries & Month End Closing. Ability to adhere to agreed SLA’s, analyze invoice issues, and interpret problems & probable solutions is a prerequisite of this role.

Serve as key member of the Finance team who communicates with the Assistant Controller and Controller on a regular basis, supporting key aspects of the month-end/ quarter-end/ year-end process, including submission of consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, and periodic variance analysis. This role involves reviewing financial statements prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations.

The Accounting Analyst will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, improve processes for efficient month-end closing, and collaborate with teams in Brazil, Chile, and the US to support business growth. They will implement streamlined processes and controls to support other departments. The analyst is responsible for day to day accounting functions, including revenue recognition, commissions, accruals and prepaid expenses.

We are looking for an experienced and talented AR Analyst to join us as we continue to grow, supporting the overall Accounts Receivable and revenue process and ensuring the accurate and timely collection of sales from customers and third-party payers in US and International. The AR Analyst is responsible for the full accounts receivable life cycle as it relates to an assigned customer list, including customer account set up, reviewing contracts and Salesforce Opportunities, creation of invoices, and associated collection of cash.
