Financial Close
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the month-end close process across multiple entities, locations, and business units.
- Manage and review P&L, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial records.
- Perform and review bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations using QuickBooks Online.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience with demonstrated ownership of month-end close.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Online and strong Excel skills.
