Accountabilities:
- Own end-to-end month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Monitor daily cash position and maintain rolling 13-week cash forecast.
- Manage accounts receivable, expenses, and payment controls.
Requirements:
- 5+ years accounting experience with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong practical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and QuickBooks.
- Experience with AI-powered workflows or automation is a plus.
Benefits:
- Compensation of $18–$25 USD per hour.
- Fully remote position based in Brazil.
- 15 days of paid time off plus Christmas and New Year's Day off.
