About the Role:
- Own day-to-day accounting operations and build a highly effective finance function.
- Manage cash, controls, compliance, monthly close, and provide actionable insights.
- Lead modernization of accounting processes and systems to scale efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle month-end close.
- Experience with multi-state/international tax compliance and equity administration.
What We Offer:
- Fully remote work in the United States.
- Salary range $120,000-$135,000.
