Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full accounting cycle for roofing and construction operations, including reconciliations and month-end close.
- Oversee job costing and WIP schedules, reviewing for accuracy and surfacing profitability trends.
- Lead compliance for federally funded projects, including certified payroll and prevailing wage documentation.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of accounting experience with U.S.-based companies, CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction or job-costed accounting practices.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Slack, Google Sheets, and Zoom.
