Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist

Your Role:

• Take full ownership of the revenue cycle, from estimate to cash, across roofing and construction operations.
• Generate project-based invoices, progress billings, and track receivables while communicating with homeowners, clients, and insurers.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to support revenue reporting and job costing.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies, with strong focus on AR and Revenue Operations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and familiarity with roofing platforms like JobNimbus or AccuLynx.
• Experience with insurance billing, including estimates and supplement processes.
