What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including aging review, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Prepare revenue recognition schedules and ensure ASC 606 compliance.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- SaaS industry experience required; NetSuite proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
