What you'll be doing:
- Own accounts payable operations including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment administration.
- Prepare month-end close deliverables, balance sheet reconciliations, and accrual schedules.
- Support payroll accounting, benefit accruals, and interdepartmental cost allocations.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5+ years of financial management experience.
- SaaS and NetSuite experience required, with thorough GAAP knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative team.

- CPA or CPA candidate with bill pay experience.
