Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and other core accounting activities supporting financial close and reporting.
- Research, establish, and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures in accordance with US GAAP.
- Design, document, and continuously improve accounting processes and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
- Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and advanced Excel capabilities; SQL, Python, or automation experience is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth payments, fintech, or similarly complex environment is a strong advantage.
