The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Operations team by managing day-to-day HR tasks, providing data analytics support, and assisting HR Business Partners with leave of absence (LOA) administration and other administrative duties. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of the HR team and allow HR Business Partners to focus on strategic initiatives.
Drive new customer acquisition and increase revenue growth across Goodway Group. You will drive growth by qualifying and engaging with inbound requests or referrals, outreaching to relevant prospects based on data-driven sign, and nurturing and reengaging stalled prospects. You will also create and manage initiatives that give us a chance to find revenue.
The Senior Social Media Manager is responsible for tactical plan excellence and accountable for tactical plan delivery, leading implementation and activation across social media buys. Their expertise ultimately drives highly effective outcomes for Goodway's Retail Media clients through the strategic design, implementation, and execution of social campaigns. Working closely with an Associate Media Director, you must possess both a strategic and operational lens that allows you to assist with building thoughtful, client-centric, and strategic campaigns, recommendations, and insights.
