Essential Functions:
- Serves as procurement resource for assigned categories.
- Collaborates with business units to understand the business needs.
- Leads the negotiation of the financials of supplier contracts.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
- Seven years of experience in procurement or supplier management.
- Prior property and casualty insurance experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of contracting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical ability, including strong knowledge of spend analytics.
