- Establish and execute a strategic sourcing program across various spend areas.
- Leverage spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
Supplier Relationship & Contract Management:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Lead contract negotiations and administer agreements with suppliers.
- Oversee supplier onboarding and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Compliance, Risk & Governance:
- Establish and maintain procurement policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls.
- Monitor adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks.
