Play a key role in Xero's Payments Platform, building end-to-end systems that redefine how millions of small businesses move money. Work across both frontend and backend layers, contributing to scalable APIs, robust services, and intuitive, performant user experiences. Design and build end-to-end features, contributing to both frontend and backend systems, delivering secure, performant, and user-friendly experiences. Lead the design and implementation of features spanning APIs, services, and UIs, ensuring robustness and extensibility as well as championing operational excellence. Support the growth of junior engineers by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and modeling best practices. Contribute to observability, on-call practices, and monitoring to ensure reliable systems and smooth customer experiences.
