Senior Manual Test Engineer

As a Test Engineer you will: Review business and technical requirements and identify test approaches Plan and coordinate E2E testing for different releases Design and implement E2E test scenarios and cases Execute tests and report results, including defects Provide clear visibility of E2E testing progress and proactively engage with all stakeholders Provide support and coaching to other E2E test engineers Who we are looking for: Solid hands-on testing experience (test design and test execution) with at least 5 years of experience A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on mindset Someone who communicates effectively with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders Experience in testing within complex integrated environments with multiple applications Strong background in the Banking / Cards / Payments domain with proven experience working on banking/financial projects (including batch runs, various integration technologies, and banking architecture) Ability to communicate with development teams, architects, and test environment teams to define testing scope and environments Experience working with SAFe / Agile methodologies Upper-Intermediate level of English with the ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams (Nordics, Poland, India) Proactive attitude — able to speak up, challenge, and search for solutions Strong sense of urgency and ability to act quickly when needed Proven problem-solving skills and mindset Ability to coach and support team members A hands-on approach to all aspects of testing
