Technical Program Manager

Position Overview:

• The Technical Program Manager leads cross-functional execution of new product development programs supporting Fleet's data center infrastructure products.
• This role partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Operations.
• The candidate owns integrated program plans, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of new product development programs from concept through production.
• Manage integrated schedules, milestones, critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional program reviews, status reporting, and executive updates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or product development.
• Experience leading complex hardware or infrastructure product development programs.
