Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

Team Leadership:

• Deploy and equip a team of technical program managers to drive organizational OKRs.
• Manage and coach technical program managers, increasing bench strength and driving high performance.
• Act as a Principal Program Manager on especially challenging problems.

Operational Frameworks:

• Implement operational frameworks with minimal overhead while maximizing information flow.
• Anchor teams in best practices for rapid delivery with transparency for leadership.
• Identify gaps and risks in execution, taking decisive action in ambiguous situations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Build strong relationships with partnered Directors, VPs, and other leaders across the company.
• Lead the team in partnering closely with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and support.
• Drive key trade-off decisions and promote successful execution against goals.
