Technical Program Manager III (TPM III) – SXP Product

Role Overview:

• Manage project planning activities including requirements gathering, schedule management, status reporting, risk mitigation, and executive communications.
• Review technical solutions, architecture discussions, and code concepts to support decision-making and facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Develop launch plans, track bugs and feedback items, and partner with stakeholders to drive issues through resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Present program updates, recommendations, and execution status to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings and collaborate with the itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years experience in technical program management with a software engineering or technical background.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and business partners.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and technical systems, with ability to read code in Python and JavaScript.
