Job Summary:
- Lead cross-functional delivery of LOIS, the Legal Operating Intelligence System.
- Own end-to-end coordination spanning engineering, product, design, ML, data science, and operations.
- Ensure complex multi-team initiatives move from concept to customer with clarity and momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Own the master program plan, maintaining transparent timelines and milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers across teams.
- Establish coordination infrastructure and build a culture of transparency.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of technical program management experience.
- Comfortable with system architecture and technical tradeoffs.
- Strong experience with modern project tooling like Linear or Jira.
