What You Will Do:
- Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to define high-leverage product opportunities.
- Define and monitor product KPIs across games to improve strategy effectiveness, operational efficiency, and tool adoption.
- Make product and design decisions through data, user behavior, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in product management with a focus on transformative experiences and data-informed decisions.
- Experience delivering impactful LiveOps strategies and products from 0 to 1 in KPI-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define long-term product strategy and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Machine Learning products and in data-rich environments.
- Excellent ability to create clear PRDs and perform root cause analysis.
- Driven and motivated with a love for games; bonus points for AI product development experience.
