Contract Packaging Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer to support packaging development and optimization initiatives for Blueland. This role focuses on delivering packaging solutions that are cost-effective, sustainable, manufacturable, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging systems and a strong background in working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and co-packers. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and qualifying packaging components and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting packaging trials and performance testing, identifying cost savings and sustainability improvements, interfacing with suppliers, creating technical documentation, troubleshooting packaging issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting artwork development.
