Vice President, Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the long-term engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with executive leadership.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure systems.
• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering an AI-first culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading distributed engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in modern architectures, cloud-native, DevOps, and AI integration.
