- Lead launch readiness reviews and coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Education to prepare all downstream touchpoints.
Cross-functional Leadership & Analytics:
- Drive alignment across senior functional leaders on complex initiatives and lead cross-functional working groups to manage dependencies.
- Define success metrics and measurement plans, monitor performance, and present data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership.
