MSP Automation Engineer

This role is critical to driving operational and service efficiency by leveraging data, business analysis, and cutting-edge tools to design, build, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows. The ideal candidate is highly technical, with a solid understanding of automation principles and technologies, as well as hands-on experience with tools such as Power Automate and Rewst. Beyond technical expertise, a successful candidate will be a creative problem solver, an excellent communicator, and someone who continuously seeks to learn, adapt, and discover better ways of operating. Key responsibilities include automation development, process analysis, tool integration, testing, strategy collaboration, and continuous learning. The person will design, build, test, and deploy RPA workflows. They will collaborate with stakeholders. They will define the organization’s overall automation strategy. Qualifications include 2+ years of experience in RPA development and experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT services environment.
