Scrum Master

Serve as the primary Scrum Master for threewo dedicated client software development teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies effectively and efficiently. Coach and mentor development teams, Product Managers, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability within the teams. Ensure proper use of Agile tools (Jira) for backlog management, sprint tracking, releasing, dependencies and reporting. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding team progress, challenges, and agile processes. Champion continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging experimentation and adaptation of agile practices.
