The Senior Payroll Expert is a highly experienced professional who serves as the primary authority on multi-country payroll operations. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Payroll Expert leads complex implementations, drives innovation in payroll delivery, and mentors other team members while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical payroll operations. Responsibilities include processing payroll for multiple entities and countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and serving as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters. The role requires identifying and implementing process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, monitoring and analyzing payroll data, and staying informed of relevant local regulatory and policy changes.
