What you'll be doing:
- Set a clear UX and visual design vision aligned to our business goals
- Make sure our digital products, interaction patterns, brand expression and printed materials feel joined‑up and intentional
- Champion user‑centred, inclusive and accessible design across everything we create
How you’ll make an impact:
- Translate organisational strategy into a cohesive experience vision
- Embed strong design practice, from service design and journey mapping to high‑fidelity visuals and print
- Encourage experimentation, learning and evidence‑based iteration
As a people manager, you’ll:
- Lead with trust, empathy and clarity
- Support designers with different strengths and ambitions
- Provide meaningful feedback, clear progression paths and space to grow
