Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our client’s prospects. Your mission is to turn interest into opportunity — engaging leads, uncovering their needs, and setting them on the path to success with innovative lighting and audio solutions. You will engage & qualify leads by reaching out to inbound warm leads from abandoned shopping carts and website project inquiries, as well as running targeted outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach campaigns. You will also Develop the Sales Pipeline by conducting discovery calls/emails to assess budget alignment, project timelines, technical requirements, and decision-making authority. You will keep all lead data, company info, and interaction notes complete and up-to-date to provide hubSpot CRM excellence.
