We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our People Team and serve as the strategic partner to our Growth & Technology functions. Reporting to the VP of People, you will be responsible for enabling leaders and teams to thrive by aligning people strategies with business goals, building a strong culture of belonging, and driving organizational performance as we scale.
You’ll combine business acumen with deep HR expertise to deliver solutions in areas including performance management, organizational design, talent development, employee relations, and change management—always with our mission and values at the center. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees at all levels, providing thought partnership, coaching and data-driven insights to inform people strategies aligned to the needs of the business.
