Manager, Solutions Engineering - Enterprise

We are looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering - Enterprise to join our rapidly growing team. The Solutions Engineering team is responsible for customers through the full customer journey by helping to design, implement, and manage their Tailscale deployment to ensure their business objectives are met. The team works closely with Tailscale Sales and Customer Success teams to provide technical expertise and also collaborates with Marketing, Product, and Support. As Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team that has a major impact on our customer experience, success, and growth. Responsibilities include managing and growing a small team, setting a high standard for customer evaluations, working closely with the Sales team to meet revenue goals, and collaborating with teams across Tailscale to improve the customer experience.
