Job Description

Directly manage, mentor and develop 3–5 designers. Drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that produces a product line to revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering and content from strategic definition, planning, architecture, through tactical execution of the product roadmaps. Distill complex problems into clear goals and requirements for the design and research team. Understand the company's Design Systems, encourage their application, and contribute to their further development and maintenance. Drive the growth of user-centric, collaborative culture across the Business Unit. Evangelize design strategy and product vision across the global, distributed design teams. Assist in conducting user needs assessment, task analysis and develop user profiles; identify key tasks for user research, competitive analysis and user testing, develop usability plans. Develop high level task flow content and then use storyboards and other design documents to communicate concepts and vision to others. Lead your team through rapid iterations of theoretical task scenarios, navigation map, flow, and state-transition diagrams to document design decisions. Oversee your team's work: detailed mockups and prototypes and behavior specifications.
