Strategic Finance & Operations Lead

As Trial Library’s first dedicated finance hire, you will establish best practices for our internal finance function, building scalable systems, policies, and processes from the ground up. You will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage accounts payable and receivable, support reporting to investors and board of directors, and collaborate closely with HR and our external accounting team to ensure smooth financial and operational processes. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process in collaboration with leadership. Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margins, cash flow, and operating expenses to inform decision-making.
