Senior Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering

We're hiring a Senior Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering to lead our efforts in building world-class reliability, cloud infrastructure, and operational excellence at Rula. In this role, you'll own the strategy, frameworks, pipelines, and tooling that ensure our production and non-production systems maintain high availability — from monitoring and observability platforms to incident response systems. You'll partner closely with the Platform Services team to co-own the developer experience by defining the standards, practices, and architecture to ensure our application developers can deliver services that are secure, scalable, and reliable across all environments while creating a smooth and easy path to develop these services and applications. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, working with product engineering, data engineering, and security teams, along with other stakeholders across the company. You'll directly impact service reliability, minimize customer-facing incidents, and shape the operational environments (production and non-production) where Rula services run with stability, efficiency, and resilience.
