Job Description

Take full ownership of our Business Development Team and play a crucial role in building a world-class outbound engine. You’re hands-on, energetic, and thrive in the hustle of SaaS sales. You know how to lead by example, coach with impact, and scale what works. This is your chance to shape the future of our outbound motion — and drive remberg’s next level of growth. Lead, develop, and motivate a team of ~7 BDRs (full disciplinary and functional responsibility). Act as a coach and sparring partner on messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification — daily, data-driven, and high-energy. Set ambitious targets and support your team in reaching and exceeding them. Develop and continuously optimize scalable outbound workflows — from prospecting to handover. Implement smart automation and AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and personalization at scale. Ensure best-in-class execution across all outreach channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.). Partner with Sales Leadership, AEs, and Marketing to align on ICPs, messaging, and handover quality.
