Grants and Operations Officer, Cardiovascular Health

Plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring administrative excellence across the CVH unit and supporting the SVP. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this role oversees processes related to CVH subgrants and consultant agreements, serving as a central liaison between internal teams, implementing partners, and cross-functional teams of Finance, Legal, and Procurement. The Grants and Operations Officer is responsible for managing workflows for all CVH subgrants, ensuring subgrantees and partners are supported with timely communication, payment setup, and ongoing administrative needs. By proactively identifying gaps and implementing streamlined processes, this role strengthens partner relationships and supports the CVH unit’s ability to manage its global grants portfolio effectively.
