Principal Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GM of TPO to develop and execute a multi-year product vision for onboarding third-party originators.
• Build seamless partner experiences and robust API integrations connecting internal systems with external broker tech stacks.
• Collaborate with qualification and decisioning teams to integrate real-time automated underwriting into the TPO workflow.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in Mortgage TPO, Fintech, or Lending platforms with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of TPO industry nuances, mortgage origination workflows, and lien products like HELOCs.
• Technical prowess in API-first development, mortgage LOS integrations, and automated decisioning engines.
