This role is essential for enhancing our platform's capabilities to provide seamless, reliable, and scalable network services for customers around the world. Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our managed services platform, aligning with business goals and market needs in IT networking. Oversee the entire product lifecycle for the managed connectivity platform from ideation through launch and iteration, as well as related programs to ensure the product’s success. Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data specific to managed network services to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
