The Opportunity:
- Build Ohalo's accounting and finance infrastructure from the ground up.
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations and mentor the Staff Accountant.
- Own technical areas like stock-based compensation, ASC 842, and inventory accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of progressive experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or similar platforms.
- Self-starter with a root-cause mindset and process-building skills.
