Accountabilities:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing remote infrastructure engineering team, fostering autonomy and continuous improvement.
- Define and execute strategies for CI/CD platforms, artifact distribution, and infrastructure capabilities.
- Drive automation initiatives focused on reducing manual processes and improving reliability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams, including mentoring toward senior roles.
- Senior-level technical expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions.
