Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in planning and designing IT solutions.
- Provide sales engineering support and engage with manufacturers for design assistance.
- Research, design, and develop repeatable solutions for customer IT needs.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT and 5+ years in a consultant or architect role.
- Multiple industry-recognized certifications such as CCIE, VCP, VCDX, CISSP.
- Strong business understanding including costing, P&L, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service, presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions quickly.
- Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design, plan, implement, and support IT.
