Freshpaint is building the future of healthcare performance platform - turning first-party data into clear, actionable marketing intelligence. You’ll lead the product strategy, execution, and customer feedback loop for one of the most important initiatives in our roadmap: helping healthcare marketers understand what’s actually driving conversions. You’ll partner closely with engineering, data, design, and GTM teams to define how attribution, analytics, and insight delivery work inside Freshpaint. This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and decision-making, making it one of the most visible and impactful positions on the product team.
