Freshpaint

Freshpaint is seeking its first full-time product leader to iterate and execute on the product vision. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, leading the product team, building an agile development process, working with customer-facing teams, and identifying new features and products to retain customers and expand the TAM.

The Customer Success team at Freshpaint empowers customers to deliver on their goals, prioritizing privacy and data quality, ensuring repeated value that unlocks customer growth through delivery excellence and industry expertise. This role involves managing a high volume of MidMarket customers, focusing on scaled CS motions, and effectively managing risk to drive best-in-class GRR and NRR.

Reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll be instrumental in establishing the foundation of our finance operations while supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role offers significant growth potential with the opportunity to evolve into a Controller position or specialize in FP&A as we scale our team. Drive continuous scalability, automation, and efficiency in financial control processes.

Build and expand the privacy-first backbone that our healthcare customers rely on to serve their users and patients. Develop the tools that our healthcare customers need to see their audiences, market to them, and optimize for them. Pair program with engineers in an iterative environment that gives space for exploration.
