- Develop new and existing partnerships that drive new pipeline & revenue for Freshpaint
- Integrate partners into our sales processes to help selling teams create and close opportunities
- Lead the team of partner managers, developing their skillset and helping them to develop fruitful partnerships
- Support marketing leaders by connecting Freshpaint to real growth goals: acquisition, conversion, retention, and attribution, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Design data strategies that keep PHI governed under a BAA with Freshpaint, and share only the high-signal, non-sensitive data needed for analytics and ad platforms to perform.
- Turn vague “we want better conversion” questions into concrete, testable CRO hypotheses-what to track, what to send back, and how to know it’s working.
- Own gross and net retention across the AM organization.
- Drive consistent upsell and expansion performance across both Enterprise and Strategic segments.
- Coach managers on performance management, forecasting discipline, and strategic account thinking.
- Define and evolve Freshpaint’s implementation philosophy and service tiers.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Enterprise Implementation Engineers.
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic or high-risk implementations.
