Senior Global Immigration and Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Global Immigration and Mobility Specialist to lead and manage our global immigration and mobility program. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration laws, enhancing employee mobility experiences, and aligning policies with the company’s global growth strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and external vendors, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in global mobility and immigration practices. Oversee and manage all facets of the global immigration program, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies. Serve as the primary point of contact and internal consultant for U.S. and global immigration matters. Coordinate international relocations, including permanent transfers, temporary assignments, and cross-border remote work. Manage relationships with immigration and relocation vendors to support effective planning, cost management, and expense tracking.
