Technical Expectations:

Full-stack development using Java, C#, or Python and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
DevSecOps automation with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3).
Compliance with RMF, DISA STIG, and Zero Trust security requirements.

Collaboration & Delivery:

Work with UX/UI designers, data engineers, and DevOps in Agile ceremonies.
Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain system documentation.
Integrate third-party services like DocuSign and survey tools.
