About the Role:
- Drive the technical vision and strategy for your team; to inform what we build and how we build it.
- Work with partners and stakeholders across the company while doing this.
- Promote an engaged, positive, and product-focused, engineering culture.
Day to day, you will:
- Contribute directly to the team’s work via code, technical decision making and architectural and operational improvements.
- Partner with our risk operations and customer experience teams on risk rules, policies, operations and tooling.
- Build & update processes in support of positive customer outcomes while scaling our operational load.
To thrive in this role, you have:
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
- 6+ years of experience building production software systems that have substantial operational constraints or requirements.
