Join Devoteam in launching our brand-new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal, supporting major European clients. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you'll translate business needs into powerful ServiceNow solutions influencing design, functionality, and adoption from the start.
You will be gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications, as well as collaborating with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals. Leading workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX. You will contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps. Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives. Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.
