TPA Funding Manager

The TPA funding manager is responsible for managing the funding, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes for client accounts. This role will ensure accurate and timely funding of claims and all financial obligations related to employee benefits. The TPA funding manager will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders as well as financial institutions to maintain compliance and deliver exceptional service. This position supports the North accounting operations funding team and organizes, delegates, and ensures departmental KPI’s are met. Manage the funding process, reconcile data across systems, review positive pay files, maintain financial institution relationships, and identify process improvements.
