Responsibilities:

  • Supporting organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with the CFO and department leaders.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis for leadership and program teams.
  • Managing financial aspects of foundation, government, and international donor grants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field with 5–7+ years of nonprofit finance or accounting experience.
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with salary range equivalent to $95,000-$105,000 USD.
  • Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, a retirement plan, and a slate of RAN-paid additional coverages.
  • Four weeks PTO (increases to five weeks after two years) as well as a paid winter break, generous paid holidays and a 12-week paid sabbatical after every 5 years of service.
