Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our event-driven marketing efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind initiatives that grow brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and deepen customer engagement across webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and onsite events.
As a Field Marketing Manager you will: Lead Event Strategy & Execution – Design and deliver integrated event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, from concept to post-event follow-up. Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create unified messaging and maximize event ROI. Create Compelling Content – Oversee development of presentations, promotional assets, and follow-up campaigns that resonate with our audience. Manage Vendors & Partners – Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and partners to ensure seamless execution. Own the Budget – Plan and manage event budgets, optimizing spend for maximum impact. Analyze & Optimize – Measure performance, track KPIs, and deliver insights to continuously improve our event strategy.
